A collector's piece indeed . .
every detail exactly as she said . . .
every detail exactly as she said . . .
An old Opera house in France stood in ruins at the turn of the century. It had not been rebuilt. There was a auction to sell pieces of the old theater that might still be in tackted at the time. The year then was 1912.
She often spoke of you, my friend ....
Your velvet lining, and your figurine of lead...
Your velvet lining, and your figurine of lead...
A small music playing monkey was sold to the Vicomte Raoul de Chagny. It was to be a gift to be placed on the grave of his beloved Christine who had told him exactly what it looked like. The auctioneer paused as he remembered the words of his beloved.
Will you still play, when all the rest of us are dead?
The auctioneer when on to the next item. An Item that was to years form then be risen onces again in a theater across the ocean. And that little monkey was very much still in working order. And still sitting at the grave of the late Christine Daae Countess de Chagny.
Lot 666, then: a chandelier in pieces.
Some of you may recall the strange affair of the Phantom of the Opera:
a mystery never fully explained.
We are told ladies and gentlemen,
that this is the very chandelier which figures in the famous disaster.
Our workshops have restored it
and fitted up parts of it with wiring for the new electric light,
so that we may get a hint of what it may look like when re- assembled.
Perhaps we may frighten away the ghost of
so many years ago with a little illumination,
Some of you may recall the strange affair of the Phantom of the Opera:
a mystery never fully explained.

Here starts our tale. On the street of Broadway in the lane of theaters is the infamous Broadway Opera Popular built in 1924. The names in this theater will sound familiar to many. Many a movie and many a play has been made. The Opera house is a school for the theater arts and one of the best around. The children that graduate form here go on to the top colleges of the theater arts. And some stay behind to help other while other still move on to become famous in their own right.
This year however there is something different about the place. The Legacy of the Phantom of the Opera has not left. And inside the theater hangs the ill fated Chandelier of old times. The true happenings of the Opera Popular. Here in New York with all its glory comes the Phantom yet again.
This time those carrying out this long legacy are the children of the original players of the theater from so long ago. There are fights there are friendships that will be made to las a life time.
Walk inside the Broadway Popular if you dare. Do you have the talent enough to stick it out? And what will be your hand in the now forming Legend of the Phantom of the Opera? Or are you just a regular Joe who dreams of fame and glory and a patron of the arts? Whomever you are there is never a dull moment in New York.
Come join us for the fun and the return of the Legacy of The Phantom of the Opera
